Top Ten Favorite Cree Summer Characters

Cree Summer is a great voice actress. She has a good range of voices including sassy black girls, old ladies, villains, and oddly enough white little girls. Penny (Inspector Gadget) and Elmyra Duff (Tiny Toon Adventures) were the characters who popularized her after all. Here are my top ten favorite Cree Summer characters.
