This show is about a teenage girl named Mina who has a pet bunny that happens to also be a vampire. Her dog and cat, Harold and Chester, have to keep Bunnicula from doing anything supernatural. Mina doesn't know that Bunnicula is a vampire though. I think this show is good. I like the supernatural elements, it has quite a few funny moments with Chester and Harold, and I really like Mina. Bunnicula himself doesn't talk and likes to cause a lot of supernatural trouble. The show feels like Tom and Jerry if Jerry was a vampire bunny. I can see a formula getting repetitive rather fast, but I like the show so far.

1. Jessica Borutski, the show's main producer, seems to have a thing for rabbits since she was previously a character designer for The Looney Tunes Show and a storyboard artist/director For "Looney Tunes: Rabbit Run" and "Wabbit". Plus, this show marks the first time Maxwell Atoms worked on a show based on an established property.

2. Many people think the show doesn't follow the book enough when James Howe, one of the authors of the book, is a consulting producer for the series and he approved the changes made. Bunnicula hasn't had a prominent appearance in animation since that tv special from over 30 years ago.
