Top 10 Characters I Like From Cartoons I Dont Like

Description

We all know that their are a lot of bad cartoons out their, but even the worst shows can have good characters in them. Here are my top ten characters that I like from cartoons I don't like. Honorable mentions include Festro (Secret Mountain Fort Awesome), Aseefa (Planet Sheen), Green Rabbit (CatDog), Ketta (Breadwinners), and Kyle the Conjurer (Fanboy and Chum Chum). Also, I will not be including characters such as Plankton and Stewie because those shows were good at one point. Now, lets go to the list.

10. Swiper (Dora The Explorer)- This could quite possibly be the most annoying cartoon ever made only rivaled by Annoying Orange, but I can't help but laugh whenever Swiper is on screen. Is he a good character? Not really, but I find the joke with Dora telling Swiper to go away to be really funny.

Dora- Go away you criminal.
Swiper- Okay.

9. Dukey (Johnny Test)- Even the most generic cartoon of all time has a character that I enjoy watching. A majority of the characters on the show are stereotypes that we have seen many time before, but Dukey isn't one of those characters. If anything he is a kid friendly version of (classic) Brian Griffin and I don't have a problem with that. He works well as a voice of reason in the show.

8. Officer Barry (Stone Quackers)- From the creator of the Problem Solverz comes Stone Quackers, a show about college aged stoner ducks who are a bunch of stupid jerks. The reason I like Officer Barry is because he is actually a likable character. He is a calm, friendly police officer who has a job to do.

7. Man Arctica (Fanboy and Chum Chum)- Yes, even a show as bad as Fanboy and Chum Chum can have good characters. Man Arctica isn't much different from Mermaid Man, Barnacle Boy, and Crimson Chin, but he is still a fun character to watch with an awesome design to boot. This just proves that superheroes are almost always awesome.

6. Jinx (Teen Titans Go!)- Notice that I said almost at the end of my last description, because the exception to that rule is Teen Titans Go! This show is one of, if not the worst, reboot I have ever seen. If one of your most likable characters is one of the villains then you must be doing something wrong. Jinx is just a villain who wants to have fun. Heck, with the way she acts around Raven, Starfire, and Cyborg I don't think we can even classify her as a villain anymore.

5. Maxum Brain (Sidekick)- In all honesty, I actually liked this show when it came out. Now that I look back it wasn't a good show. When I was trying to think of the reason why I used to like this show I was puzzled, at least until I remembered the character Maxum Brain. This guy is a computer with an Indian accent who is honestly pretty funny. The fact that he was used as a database for a superhero is a cool concept. I think this show would have been better if Maxum Man was the main character.

4. Red Guy (Cow and Chicken)- I don't hate Cow and Chicken, but I will say it is a show I never really liked to watch. The art style was just too gross for my tastes. Even considering everything I have previously said, Red Guy is a good villain. He is evil, eccentric, and is criminally insane. He also manages to make the gross art style work. He is just a fun villain to watch.

3. Tim the Bear (The Cleveland Show)- I don't hate the Cleveland Show either, I just find it to be pretty boring. It just feels like Seth MacFarlane is making new designs for old characters at this point. Tim the Bear is an exception to that. First of all, he is a bear. This already make him stand out. Second of all, he is honestly pretty funny. He acts like a normal guy who just so happens to also be a bear. This leads to some of the best jokes of the series. This just proves that bear are awesome no matter where they are.

2. Rambamboo (Breadwinners)- I honestly wish Breadwinners was a better show. You want to know why? The reason is because I want to actually enjoy this character without our two lead idiots getting in the way of that enjoyment. Rambamboo is the chief of the tadpole police. Yes, she is a frog even though she looks like a frog. It seems to be a running joke in this show to design animal characters to look nothing like the animals they are based on. All she wants in life is to get Swaysway and Budeuce arrested so that she could have peace of mind. Don't worry Rambamboo, we hate those to as well. I just really like hot headed female characters.

1. Spy Vs. Spy (MAD)- MAD is isn't a bad show as it is more of a very hit or miss show. The only segments I look forward to while watching MAD are the Spy Vs. Spy segments. They are always extremely clever and really funny. Later on in the show they started to animate these two in stop motion instead of hand drawn animation. I don't know why this is, but it is something that I wanted to point out. They are just a never ending battle of wits who are always fun to watch.

The Red Guy is my favorite foe, too.

Can't get enough of him speaking softly one minute, and then yelling the next.
